Shipping & Delivery Policy
Important Note on Affiliate Products
For products marked as "Available on MercadoLibre" or other partner sites, we do not handle the shipping. You will be redirected to the partner website to complete your purchase, and their specific shipping policies, costs, and timelines will apply to your order.
1. Processing Time
All direct and dropshipping orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information if applicable.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping / Dropshipping
For items sourced via our international dropshipping partners, please allow 10 to 21 business days for delivery. While transit times are longer, this allows us to offer you highly competitive pricing on global goods.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. JKDTECH Global Hub is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
